CARDY METERS
| The CARDY line of meters are useful tools for growers,
consultants, researchers, extension agents and anyone managing or monitoring nutrient
levels in a solution or in crops. These easy-to-use compact meters measure Nitrate (NO3_),
Potassium (K+), and Sodium (Na+) levels in soil, water, fertilizer solutions, and plant
tissue. The CARDY's flat sensor allows convenient measurement of small samples. Only a few
drops of soil extract, water, or plant sap are needed to make the measurement. The recess
acts as its own sample vessel, often eliminating beakers and bottles. The ion selective
electrodes have new high molecular weight polymers that are long lasting, low maintenance
and very resistant to contamination, giving you more trouble-free service. When
replacement is needed, the sensor cartridge snaps in and out of the instrument at a touch.
The 2 CR2025 lithium cells provide about 500 hours of continuous operation, and the LCD
display is large and easy to read. |

CARDY TWIN pH METER
| The TWIN pH meter does everything you need. Its glass
electrode sensor is protected by a guard that is slid open for measurements. The
cartridge-type sensor is simple to replace should that become necessary. This meter is
completely waterproof. It is powered by 2 CR2032 lithium batteries and has an automatic
shut-off feature in case you forget. It has an easy to read LCD scale, and measures from
pH 2 to pH 12 with an accuracy of 0.1 pH. The meter measures 6 1/2" long and weighs
only 2 oz. Instructions are included. Be sure to also order some pH reference solution
(Item 5E481). |
